Katherine Llodrá is a trained teacher, and parent educator who celebrates parenting practices as well as home practices that truly transform the way we approach mindful living. For over 20 years, Katherine has been teaching individuals, classrooms and organizations the principles to successfully build strong relationships, and more peaceful, collaborative homes and workplaces. She teaches ongoing workshops and works with individuals and small groups on a number of topics from ‘raising better parents’ to sustainability, simplicity and mindfulness.
Katherine now offers clients programs and conversations in her beautiful Sonoma home that explore the challenges we face as individuals in this age of endless gadgets, distractions and speed. The principles and practices she teaches help individuals reclaim the space and freedom needed to allow attention to deepen and individuality to flourish by creating a blueprint for change: Streamlining the home environment, establishing rhythms and rituals, and scaling back on media to connect with our higher good.
