Parenting a teen in the 21st century has its challenges, not to mention: technology, depression and anxiety, attitudes, drinking, smoking, the hook-up culture, college, money, curfews, etc.  During this course, we will explore the life of a teen today.  Once we have a clear understanding of what’s happening for our teens, we’ll discuss the subtle but powerful changes we can make in the ways we communicate, create agreements and maintain our position as leaders in the family.  By the end of this 4-week course, you’ll gain the wisdom and creativity to deal with any situation.  Much of what you will learn will give you ideas for everyday parenting that will also help your teen gain courage, confidence, and life skills.
